After you have reviewed our programs, take a moment to fill out our request for information form. You can also choose to complete our online application if you feel that you have enough information to move forward. After your information has been submitted, one of our education coordinators will contact you via phone. You will discuss what programs are right for you and begin the enrollment process once your decision has been made. You will then be put in touch with a financial aid expert to review your payment options. At each step in the process you will have a trained member of our staff to guide you through each milestone.
All of our diploma and associate of Occupational Studies courses we offer online are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) as a branch location of Vatterott College in Berkeley, Missouri.

Yes, first time students will have the option of participating in an online orientation course through our online course delivery platform (Canvas). In addition to this orientation, new students should also participate in our Online Readiness Exam to make sure that online courses fir their learning style and technical abilities.

We have designed a readiness assessment, which will assist you in determining whether or not you are prepared for an online learning environment.
If you have the drive and determination to succeed, we have a variety of student support programs that can help you reach those goals. Our Academics department will work closely with you throughout your academic career to ensure that you are receiving the support you need to reach your academic and career goals.
Upon enrollment, each student will be assigned a personalized Academic Advisor and Retention Coordinator. These individuals will assist you with tutoring, academic advising, grade monitoring, and overall academic progress.
The online classes at Vatterott College Online are asynchronous in nature, which provides our students with the flexibility to log into class when the time is convenient for them. We use the Canvas learning management system as the platform for housing our online courses. Within your online course you will be able to view recorded lecture presentations, participate in discussions, view course objectives, complete quizzes, submit written assignments, communicate with your instructor, and keep tabs on your grades. The system has been developed so that everything you need to succeed is located in a central location for each course.
Once you have selected the appropriate online program and taken care of your financial aid responsibilities, you will be ready to start your online experience at Vatterott College Online. Prior to your first term, your textbooks will be mailed directly to your home address. Your retention officer will set you up with a Vatterott email account for communicating with your instructor and classmates. You will also be provided login information that will allow you to access our student orientation course, our career services course, and the course(s) that you will be taking in your first term as a student. The Vatterott College Online support staff will be available to assist with any questions you may have concerning your login information, your course materials, or any other technical issues that may arise during your orientation.
It is essential that our first-time students receive the support that they need to be successful in the online educational environment. The technical hurdle is often the biggest challenge to succeeding in distance eduation Vatterott College Online has an established structure of support staff that will be on hand to assist you not only when you first enroll, but also during your educational journey and after you graduate. Vatterott College has formed a partnership with EBSCO Publishing that will bring valuable resources to our continuing students. By forming this alliance, the students and faculty at Vatterott College will have access to a tool called EBSCOhost, one of the most powerful research database engines available on the market today. This resource will be available through each online course.
Upon enrolling in a Vatterott online program, you will be assigned a personal Retention Officer, Academic Advisor, and Financial Aid representative. These individuals will be in continuous contact with you via email, telephone, student portal, and web interaction. Should you need to contact anyone, you may do so through the same means.
